(TASB) is a renown Malaysian Education and training Group holding who’s main goal is to offer the best education and vocational training in various field of skills training. Media Culinary Arts & Hospitality Academy (MCAHA) is the Training and Education arm of the TASB. It offers diverse vocational training programs for the students with the aim to provide conducive and hands-on work experiences.

TASB strive to provide holistic training and teaching skills for students in their formative years up to industrial skill needs, via flexible and diverse pedagogical methodology for all programs that we offer, in a safe and conducive environment, with well-equipped and advanced practical labs, classrooms, and facilities for interactive sporting and social events.

TASB is member of a formidable consortium which offers specialised VET programmes such as, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, New Media, Performing Arts, Early Childhood Care & Development and Healthcare Studies. TASB has also created a first and only Triple Qualification Programme in Malaysia with Malaysian National SPM, the IGCSE O-Level and a Skill-Based Certificate/Diploma which has international accreditation or validation.

Tropicana has numerous strategic partnership with renown international colleges such as JP International College, Australia (JPIC), and UNICO International School, Malaysia, through which they offer SPM & IGCSE O-Level qualifications. TASB facilitates the academic transfer of internationally recognized qualifications through the global partner institutions. TASB also provides career guidance and technical & technological support to its students with a vision to groom a readily available skilled workforce for Malaysia and overseas.

TASB is in collaboration with Invicta Technical College, offers vocational training programs in Culinary skills, Patisserie, Hospitality and other skill based certificate programs such as Automotive Technologies. Under this arrangement, a student gets the opportunity to study the Australian standard comprehensive curriculum for various certificate courses at campus of Media Culinary Arts & Hospitality Academy (MCAHA) located in Malaysia. The program also provides the students the opportunity to study at the campus of Invicta Technical College in Sydney, Australia with credit transfer facility.  These programs are very much affordable and flexible and suitable for the students who wish to continue their further studies or pursue a career in home and abroad after attaining an internationally accredited qualification.

TASB’s team has a wealth of knowledge to individually contribute to the development of a vast variety of programs. The team possess a shared vision and value of developing world changing educational programs and facilities. The TASB directors have a combined working experience of over 60 years in the Hospitality and training industries. Through their experiences, they have established many successful projects including training academies, hotels, restaurants, bakeries and leisure centres. Notably in 1986 TASB established the the Taylor’s University, todays largest Hospitality school in Southeast Asia, in conjunction with the University of Toulouse of France.

Trainers at TASB are highly qualified and experienced to ensure they meet the strict validation requirements of Invicta Technical College, Australia, who in turn adhere to the strict compliances administered by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).
