Change of Details

IF YOUR DETAILS CHANGE

From time to time your personal details may change. You might get a new mobile phone number, change your address or emergency contact details. It’s actually a condition of your visa to notify us within 7 days if your address changes.

If you ever notice that something isn’t right with some of your personal information or our records – please let us know so we can amend your records and correct it.   

STUDENT CARD

To obtain a student card, Student are required to send a passport size photograph with their correct Full name to Student support Officer at naila.khurshid@invicta.edu.au

Photos have to be 35mm to 40mm wide and 45mm to 50mm high. The size of the face from chin to crown can
be up to a maximum of 36mm, with a minimum of 32mm. See the example below:

Students must go to reception to take a photo for Student Identification, which will be ready within 5 business/working days. Students must always carry the Invicta Technical College student card when on the campus. The Invicta Technical College student card can be used as a concession card at museums, theatres, cinemas etc. If a student loses a student card and requires a replacement, a fee will be charged as per published fees.
