This qualification may apply to leaders and managers in an organization where learning is used to build organizational capability. The job roles that relate to this qualification may also include RTO Manager and RTO Director. General Criteria:
▪ Be over the age of 18
▪ Demonstrate a good command of written and spoken English
Academic Criteria:
Have completed a qualification equivalent to Australian Advanced Diploma level OR have completed a bachelor’s degree OR 2 years of relevant professional work experience.
English Language Criteria:
▪ To fulfill the English language requirement, students are required to provide verified evidence of IELTS Level 6.0 overall (or equivalent). The test result must be no longer than 2 years old, Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic) Level 5.0.

▪ If you have completed any AQF qualification at the same level or higher in any discipline area delivered and assessed in English only, will be deemed as meeting the English language entry requirements.
▪ To assess suitability to undertake the course, you must complete a Language Literacy & Numeracy (LLN) assessment—a diagnostic process to identify whether prospective students require LLN support.
