Typically, they would have full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others. This qualification may apply to leaders and managers in an organization where learning is used to build organizational capability. The job roles that relate to this qualification may also include RTO Manager and RTO Director. At Invicta, our leadership courses will help you fine tune your leadership style and prepare you by practicing those skills while learning in a simulated business environment. It will help you to build the necessary skills and knowledge required to take your leadership skills to the next level and thrive in your career.
Invicta Technical College has the following entry requirements:
Students must:
• be at least 18 years of age and have completed Australian AQF Diploma (Level 5) or higher qualification in business, leadership, management or a related field or documented minimum with two (2) years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise
• participate in a course entry interview to determine suitability for the course and student needs. The course entry interview will also assess whether students can use digital technologies
• applicants may require to undertake the Language, Literacy, Numeracy and digital (LLND) test to achieve a required ACSF level to meet College’s entry requirement.
• have an IELTS* score of 6.0 (test results must be no more than 2 years old). English language competence can also be demonstrated through documented evidence of any of the following:
o Educated for 5 years in an English-speaking country; or
o successful completion of an English Placement Test at IELTS level 6.0.
*Note that other English language tests such as PTE and TOEFL can be accepted. Students are required to provide their results so that it can be confirmed they are equivalent to IELTS 6.0.
