The AUR Training Package does not specify any entry requirements for the AUR50116 Diploma of Automotive Management qualification.
However, Invicta Technical College has the following entry requirements for this course:
Students must:
• be at least 18 years of age and have completed Year 12 or equivalent
• have completed an automotive Certificate IV qualification (such as AUR40216 Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis, or another relevant automotive qualification), or be able to demonstrate equivalent industry experience in a supervisory, coordination, or management role within the automotive sector
• participate in a course entry interview to determine suitability for the course and identify any specific learner support needs. The course entry interview will also assess whether students can effectively use digital technologies for online and blended learning activities
• applicants may require to undertake the Language, Literacy, Numeracy and digital (LLND) test to achieve a required ACSF level to meet College’s entry requirement.
• have an IELTS score of 6.0* (test results must be no more than 2 years old). English language competence can also be demonstrated through documented evidence of any of the following:
o Educated for 5 years in an English-speaking country, or
o Successful completion of an English Placement Test at IELTS level 6.0.
*Note: Other English language tests such as PTE and TOEFL are accepted. Students are required to provide their test results so that equivalency to IELTS 6.0 can be confirmed.
