Emergencies can occur anytime and anywhere. Being skilled in providing first aid can be of great help during emergencies. Our first aid and CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) short courses prepare the learners with the knowledge and skills necessary to respond to emergencies in their neighborhood, public venue or workplace. At the end of the training, learners will be able to assess emergencies, ensure bystanders’ safety, and evaluate the casualty and their requirements. Candidates will also acquire the necessary skills to convey the details of the incident to emergency services and provide first aid as per established principles and guidelines. The HLTAID009 and HLTAID011 training equips candidates with the skills necessary to perform CPR and use available resources to assist a casualty on the spot.
If you are looking to just update CPR qualification, then we recommend HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) recommends that this qualification is updated annually. Only $49
If you need a general First Aid qualification, then we recommend HLTAID011 Provide first aid. This also includes CPR qualification (HLTAID009- Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation). The Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) recommends that this qualification is updated every 3 years. Only $75
If you are looking for a first aid qualification to work in the childcare and education industry, that includes Anaphylaxis and Asthma training, then you are required to obtainHLTAID012 Provide an emergency first aid response in education and care setting. Only $99
We can offer a fast-trackassessment only option for individuals who hold current qualifications and train annually. Contact us to discuss if you are eligible for FAST TRACK option. NOTE: If you do not complete these courses regularly, we recommend you book into our REGULAR or Full Length Course. It will be difficult to complete the class assessments without prior learning.
